Hi! 

My name is Marieke Helmich, and I am a researcher working as a postdoc at the University of Oslo, Norway.

My work is aimed at understanding idiographic change in depression, such as mood and symptom improvement in intensive longitudinal data, measured with Ecological Momentary Assessments (EMA). Currently, my research focuses on examining the trajectories of individual time series and drawing on complex dynamical systems theory and psychotherapy research. 

In my free time, I love to spend time in cooking, bouldering (rock climbing), playing video games, and board games or D&D with friends. I also keep busy with creative hobbies, such as painting, knitting, and photography, and I surround myself with plants.
